Tehani is our Principal Psychologist and Founder. Tehani has a passion for people and is a little obsessed with science and the human brain. Psychology gives her an outlet for all these passions.
Warm and compassionate, Tehani is a straight-talking psychologist who will team up with you to help you achieve your wellbeing goals.
Tehani uses a range of evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Committment Therapy, Neuroscience and Positive Psychology to help people flourish and thrive regardless of their life circumstances.
Tehani enjoys working with people of all ages, and has a particular interest in working with people experiencing stress, anxiety and adjustment to change, as well as those in the perinatal period.
So whether you are entering year 12, starting a new job, becoming a parent, about to become an empty-nester or entering retirement Tehani would love to walk alongside you to see you navigate the change well, harnessing the capabilities of your brain and thrive despite the challenge.
Beth is a registered Psychologist with a passion for assisting clients to live fulfilled and meaningful lives. In past roles she has worked in the areas of: community mental health, victims of crime as well as the assessment of children and adolescents with learning and developmental disorders.
Beth has a particular interest in the area of perinatal mental health (including the pre and postnatal periods) and adjustment to parenthood. She also has an interest in working with adolescents experiencing difficulties at school, adjustment challenges and stress.
Beth utilises evidence-based techniques, with a particular focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is a warm, empathic and compassionate Psychologist who works collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals.
Beth will be on Maternity leave from the end of March.
Janine has 12 years experience as a Psychologist in South Africa. She recently relocated to Australia with her family and is in the process of transferring her registration to Australia.
Janine is a highly experienced, warm and engaging Practitioner with a passion for People and their ability to create Positive changes in their lives through empowerment.
She utilises an eclectic approach to therapy which incorporates CBT, Transactional Analysis and Necroscience.
Janine enjoys working with adolescents and adults with a special interest in depression. anxiety, stress management, adjusting to life changes, career counselling and Marital /Relationship counselling.
She believes that having a multidisciplinary team that works together to promote healing and positive change for an individual is most effective.
Celina is a Registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar who is passionate about walking alongside people and providing strategies to help support and empower clients in their own lives.
Celina has previously worked in oncology at Westmead Children's Hospital, university counselling settings and with children experiencing social and learning difficulties.
Celina has a particular interest in working with children, as well as adolescents and young adults experiencing academic stress, relationship difficulties or emotional distress.
Celina is warm and friendly, and draws upon evidence-based techniques in her work. She is also committed to finding the therapeutic approach that would best match her clients' needs and goals.
